Reservation Agent (m / w) in annual position (M/F)
DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
Sales talks, acceptance, and processing of written and telephone reservations
Correspondence in G/E/F
Advise guests on prices and categories
Create and keep up-to-date the reservations
Preparation of offers, confirmations etc. in G/E/F
Checking the provisional bookings and following up accordingly
Correspondence control and filing
Maintenance and updating of the guest files
PROFILE REQUIRED
Work experience in a similar company in Switzerland and/or abroad
Good oral and written language skills in German, English and French
Team spirit, flexibility, resilience and sense of responsibility
The ability to work in an organised manner even in hectic situations
