About the role

The Front Desk Assistant Manager assists with overseeing the Front Desk team and reports directly to the Front Desk Manager. The Front Desk Assistant Manager responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests.

What you will do

• Direct and control the activities of the Front Desk in order to ensure adherence to Four Seasons standards, policies and procedures
  
  

• Review daily movements (arrivals, departure, guests in house itineraries, restaurant reservations etc) to ensure proper handling of Special Attention Guests, VIP Guests and Groups (if applicable)
  
  

• Ensure all agents maintain a balanced bank and to reconcile all transactions at the close of their shift and to cash out
  
  

• Memorize regular guests’ preferences and habits to provide attentive and personalized service
  
  

What we are looking for

• Front Desk experience in luxury hospitality operations, a natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and an exceptional eye for detail.
  
  

• This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Megève and the contract is seasonal.
  
  

• You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
  
  

• Knowledge of Opera PMS is required.
