We are looking for a positive and ambitious Intern to join our great Marketing & Communication teams at Oetker Collection Corporate Office in Paris.
The intern ensures the day-to-day activities of the Oetker Collection Sales & Marketing department with specific responsibilities linked to Marketing & Communication.

Missions:

Communication:

• Support the team in the design, writing, and planning of content distributed on social media.
• Assist in the creation and management of the editorial calendar for Instagram and TikTok (manage the calendar, create posts in English, schedule posts).
• Assist in the creation of Instagram Reels (knowing how to edit a REEL is a plus) and TikToks.
• Write social media trend reports for the group's hotels.
• Support the team on all communication-related topics and ad hoc projects.
• Assist in writing communcations report.

Marketing:

• Contribute to the design of marketing materials for the sales department (brochures, invitations, newsletters) while ensuring compliance with the brand guidelines.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports summarizing the performance of Oetker Collection.
• Ensure content updates on partner websites.
• Propose ideas for developing client gifts.
• Assist in updating the website.
• Manages the storage of goodies and B2B gifts.
