About the Property
Scattered with Unesco-protected ruins, the beach-fringed Peloponnese has been at the heart of Greek culture for millennia. About the Position
Join our family at Amanzoe as a Villa Host / Hostess (Butler).
Under the direction of the Villa Manager, the candidate will in this role manage all facets of the Villa operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of private villa homes throughout the property.
The Villa host s responsible for providing professional and exceptional personalized service while ensuring all guest needs are anticipated and met promptly and efficiently. Your key responsibility will be to ensure that all Villa Owners and guests are delighted by their on-property experience, in the best traditions of the Aman philosophy and culture.
As a Villa Host you are required to maximize and exceed guest’s satisfaction by providing highly personalized, efficient and responsive service with attention to details, by anticipating guest’s needs. Villa Host is instrumental to achieve our goal in providing the highest professional standards to the guests.

About the Successful Candidate
Managing the needs of villa owners requires great sensitivity and therefore strong guest relations skills and deep experience in this area is mandatory. In addition, you will already possess a strong operations background, including both Food & Beverage and Rooms Division. Previous experience in Butler services would be considered as an asset. Fluency in English is mandatory; good command in other languages is preferable. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized with problem solving & time management skills and with desire to achieve highest quality service standards with guests and team members.
This role is based at our Amanzoe in the greater Porto Heli Area - Greece. While we are open to applications from international candidates, we ask that you already possess the right to live and work in Greece without the need for a company-supported work permit.
