Under the direction of the Executive Housekeeper, the candidate will assist in providing customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become an ultimate experience.
Floor Supervisor will be responsible for maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner. Additionally, he/she will be in charge to coordinate daily housekeeping operations and maintain the housekeeping operating standards.
The candidate will be supervising room attendants to deliver an excellent Guest satisfaction and experience. On time to time basis he/she may also be required to assist the Housekeeping Manager in various activities.
About the Successful Candidate You will need to have a Hospitality Degree from a certified school in Greece or abroad. You will likely already possess extensive, hands-on experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in the housekeeping profession, preferably in a 5* Hotel. This role entails excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities, understanding budgets & financial statements, and a strong team spirit illustrated by your willingness to assist housekeepers as needed. Excellent written and verbal Greek and English communication skills are required while knowledge of Opera PMS or Fidelio and Ms Office will be considered an asset. Strong interpersonal abilities and organizational skills are essential for this role. This role is based at our Amanzoe in the greater Porto Heli Area - Greece. While we are open to applications from international candidates, we ask that you already possess the right to live and work in Greece without the need for a company-supported work permit.
