JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper and under the authority of her assistant and the floor supervisors.
Your main responsibilities will be :
- Respond to all customer requests transmitted by the housekeepers - Respond to all requests from chambermaids/valets and housekeepers - Clearing rooms for departures and stayovers, emptying garbage cans and dirty linen, cleaning windows and balconies. - Take care of minor repairs in the rooms: changing light bulbs, etc. - Keep common areas clean: corridors, public areas, pantries, conference rooms, washrooms, elevators - Keep exteriors clean: doors, windows, balconies - Handling and storage of various items - Set up extra beds, cots, etc. - Supplying offices with welcome products, stationery, flowers, etc. - Maintain cleanliness of carpets and rugs in rooms and corridors. - Ensure delivery of guest luggage on arrival and departure.
