Join the team of Portier/Bagagist at Mont Cervin Palace in Zermatt, Switzerland for the winter season of 2024/25.
Under the responsibility of the General Housekeeper and under the authority of her assistant as well as the floor managers. Your main responsibilities will be:
DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
Respond to all customer requests transmitted by housekeepers
Respond to all requests sent by maids/valets and housekeepers
Clear rooms for departures, stayovers, emptying of trash cans, dirty linen, cleaning windows, balconies
Ensure small reparations in the rooms: changing light bulbs, etc.
Maintain the cleanliness of common areas: corridors, public places, offices, conference rooms, toilets, elevators
Maintain the cleanliness of exteriors: doors, windows, balconies
Ensure the various handling, storage
Setting up additional beds, baby cots, etc.
Supply offices with welcome products, stationery, flowers
Maintain the cleanliness of carpets, room rugs and hallways.
Ensure the delivery of our customers’ luggage upon their arrival and departure
PROFILE REQUIRED
You are dynamic, diplomatic and very discreet
You have the culture of luxury hotels and know the standards
You are fluent in English
You have experience in a similar position
You like working in a team and in a good mood
You demonstrate good interpersonal skills
You have a sense of priorities
