Nightconcierge for the Winter Season 2024 / 25 (M/F)
DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
Operation of our IT system "Protel Premiss" (late check-in / early check-out)
Operation of telephone switchboard
Information and concierge service for our international individual clientele
Miscellaneous cleaning work
Control and responsibility of security in the house
PROFILE REQUIRED
Completed vocational training in the hotel or gastronomy industry
A few years of work experience as a night porter or in a similar position
Very good language skills in German and English, preferably also in French
Outgoing and communicative personality with pleasant manners
Sense of responsibility
