Front office agent for winter season 2024 / 25 (M/F)
DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
Check-in/Check-out with own cash desk, collect and book restaurant and cash sales
Daily correspondence in German, English and French
Sales talks, acceptance and processing of written and telephone reservations
Checking out guests with cashier service, organizing luggage and transfer service if necessary
Checking guests in and accompanying them to their rooms
Maintaining the guest files
Booking of daily turnover and daily accounts (checking service invoices)
Booking and accounting of the minibar
Accounting with the individual departments and correct booking
Credit card and commission accounting
Creating and checking guest and travel agency invoices
PROFILE REQUIRED
Professional experience in a similar company and in a similar position at home and/or abroad
Fluent oral and written language skills in German, English and French
Guest-orientated mindset and enjoyment of guest contact
Flexible and resilient personality with team spirit and a high level of commitment
Accounting experience and/or good flair for numbers an advantage
