La Bastide By Andrea Calstier recrute un Second de Cuisine (h/f) à North Salem, New York:

La Bastide is looking for a Sous-Chef (m/f) for its Bistrot restaurant to work alongside Chef Andrea Calstier and Chef Tyrone Nelson.

Your tasks will be:
- Participation in the creation and elaboration of the menu with Chef Andrea Calstier
- Participation, monitoring, and control of the mise en place before service
- Supervise and actively participate during service
- Management of purchases and inventories
- Management of kitchen brigade
- Follow cleaning protocol thoroughly

Experience in the industry as a Sous-Chef or Junior Sous-Chef is a must.
Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants is a plus.

Posibility to continue with a long term visa after the first year.
