Lead and Inspire: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and a top-notch guest experience.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Financial Management: Handle budgeting, inventory control, and cost management to ensure profitability.
Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing guest needs and resolving issues efficiently.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with ownership to implement marketing strategies and operational improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in a high-volume, high-quality establishment.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Customer Focus: A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both with staff and guests.
A good level of English is mandatory and previous experience in Dubai would be a plus.
