To complete our Spa team, we are looking for a :
Spa Receptionist (M/F)
In the heart of Mont Cervin Palace, the Nescens Spa cover an area of 1700 m2, a in the true cocoon that harmoniously combines space for exercise, a haven for relaxation, moments of pure pleasure and an oasis of tranquility.
Reporting to our Spa Director, your role will be to provide treatments and sell products, offering professional advice to customers while complying with current standards and procedures.
Your main responsibilities will be :
Welcome our customers both physically and by telephone
Book appointments for treatments, massages, cures, packages, personal training sessions, etc., optimizing the therapists' working hours and promoting the diversity of the services on offer
Manage the invoicing of Spa-related services
Promote the Spa's treatments and products by providing professional advice to our customers
Promote the various services offered by the hotel and the Michel Reybier Hospitality Group
Apply the quality standards of the hotel and Leading Hotels of the World
Profile required:
You are a graduate of a hotel school / CFC specialist in the hotel industry / BTS in the hotel industry.
You will have 1 to 3 years' professional experience in a similar role, which must have been gained in a luxury hotel spa.
Bilingual French/English, other languages an asset
Computer skills essential
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are essential, as are a sense of customer service, empathy and dynamism.
You'll be smiling by nature, and your autonomy, organization, flexibility and availability will be major assets for this position.
