Dorchester Collection has announced Philippe Leboeuf as their new Chief Executive Officer, effective June 2025. This strategic appointment brings an award-winning hotelier with extensive luxury hospitality experience to lead the prestigious hotel group.

Leboeuf, recently named The Brit List Hotelier of the Year 2024, brings international expertise from his impressive career spanning multiple continents. Since the hotel’s opening in 2023, he’s successfully managed the Raffles London at the OWO as its Managing Director.

Christopher Cowdray, President of Dorchester Collection, emphasised the importance of maintaining the company's distinguished culture and values when selecting Leboeuf. "Driven by purpose and excellence, he is highly respected globally by many stakeholders, including owners, the travel trade, the media and partners, and especially employees and guests," Cowdray stated.

Upon his appointment, Leboeuf expressed enthusiasm about his new role: "As Dorchester Collection hotels write the history of their destinations and have a special alchemy that brings them together, I'm greatly looking forward to taking the company legacy and storied heritage to the next stage."

His distinguished background includes serving as Director General of Concorde Hotels, overseeing 19 owned and 70 affiliated properties. Leboeuf has also held key leadership positions at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Rosewood, and Claridge's in London, and serves as a Board Director of Leading Hotels of the World. A graduate of Cornell University and HEC Management School in Paris, Leboeuf has been recognised with the Knight of the Legion of Honour award from the French government for his exceptional contributions to the hospitality industry.
