Dr. Roland Herrmann
Dr. Herrmann is an experienced independent board member and advisor with a strong background in finance, governance, and digital transformation.
He previously served as CEO of Neue Aargauer Bank, leading initiatives in corporate culture, digital channel integration, and operational efficiency. His extensive board experience includes roles at Valiant Bank, Ribe Moto AG, and advisory positions in strategic banking initiatives. With a Ph.D. in applied physics, Dr. Herrmann uniquely blends analytical acumen with leadership excellence, making him a valuable addition to the EHL Board, where he will chair the Audit and Risk Committee.
