In the next three years, the brand will see 7 upcoming openings, with Taipei leading the way being set to open by the end of 2024, followed by Kyoto in 2025. In 2026, four more properties will join the catalogue in Florence, Yang Yang, Riyadh, the first in the Middle East, and Capella Nanjing, which will immerse guests in the local architecture through its converted shikumen villas. In 2027, Capella Niseko/Hokkaido ambitions to become the key ski destination in the area.
In 2028, two other properties will make an entrance in Saudi Arabia; in Amaala and the Gulf of Aqaba.

Patina Osaka, located opposite Osaka Castle, will feature around 220 rooms, and offer guests the beauties of nearby Naniwa No Miya-Ato Park.
Patina Sanya will offer a view of the bay and its architecture is a nod to the area's richness with locally-sourced materials such as lava stone and Li brocade. The design is led by Danish studio BIG.

Capella Sydney, the newest addition, took 7 years to complete, and represents the Sense of Sight, with a strong link to the aboriginal culture.
