1/ What human qualities are you looking for in a candidate?
Passion and kindness. We are looking for candidates with a real interest in making the hotel the best, who are passionate about what they do, and who work hard to get what they want.
A positive and genuine attitude is also adamant to work within our teams.
2/ What makes your hotel different from the others? What is (or are) your distinctiveness?
The Lanesborough was the first hotel in London to offer Butler Service for all guestrooms and one of the first to offer internal chauffeur service to our in-house guests.
We have now re-opened our doors in July 2015, after an 18 months complete renovation and we are proud to be back to being one of best hotel in London, according to LQA and Forbes.
