Vatel, an International Business School dedicated to the Hospitality and Tourism sectors, trains operational managers and senior executives in the international hospitality industry.
Its 1st cycle, or undergraduate studies, prepares students with a French Baccalaureate, or high school diploma, for the level II French State-certified National Directory of Professional Certification (RNCP) degree: Bachelor in International Hotel Management.  Its 2nd cycle, or graduate studies, targets students with a two-year vocational degree or three-year undergraduate degree and prepares them for the level I French State-certified RNCP Master in International Hotel Management degree.
Vatel’s educational concept is based on a mixture of theoretical courses and professional experience in application restaurants and hotels located right in our schools. Contacts with the realities of the profession continue with annual and mandatory internships that last from four to six months, depending on the students’ academic years.
Students thus acquire knowledge, know-how and soft skills as well as extensive professional experience before they even begin to look for jobs.
