The Cannes Hotel School

The Cannes Hotel School is a municipal vocational school managed by the city of Cannes.

Every year, over 400 students and adults are trained to work in the hotel, restaurant and tourism industries.

The school’s 5,000 m2 include 3 kitchens (accommodating 36 workspaces), 1 pastry cooking workshop, 1 ice cream workshop, 1 restaurant for practical training (Le Saint-Honorat), 1 training bar, 1 demonstration amphitheatre, 1 multi-media center, 2 computer rooms…
