Chef de Partie - Boulangerie - Saison Eté 25 (H/F)





About the role
As Bakery Chef de Partie you will be an integral part of the Kitchen team, working alongside the Executive Bakery Chef to manage the daily operations of a busy and dynamic Bakery team. The Bakery CDP oversees the preparation and production of all bakeries items and maintains the smooth running of the operation.

What you will do
  • Supervise Demi Chef de Partie, Commis, Trainees and Apprentices.
  • Manage production and product storage.
  • Place merchandise orders according to activity levels.
  • Comply with technical specifications and the spirit of the kitchen established by the Chef.
“The list of tasks specified above is not exhaustive, as your role will require constant adaptation to situations of high activity and specific customer relationship management”.

  • You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French.

  • 39-hour seasonal contract

  • As a reward for loyalty, employees receive a bonus at the end of their second consecutive season (Winter-Winter, Summer-Winter, or Summer-Summer)
