JOB DESCRIPTION The Marketing Manager serves as a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies for The Woodward, Auberge Resorts Collection. This property based role will manage the overall marketing strategy and drive social media, public relations, partnerships, digital and ecommerce and ensure all communications align with the property positionings.
In addition, this role will implement and support communications strategies for relevant partnerships, sponsorships and unique one-of-a-kind experiences working with the Director of Sales and Marketing for The Woodward and the Auberge Resorts Marketing Team. The Marketing Manager for The Woodward, Auberge Resorts Collection is someone who is excited to work in an entrepreneurial environment, is extremely self motivated, quickly learns new systems and processes and adapts to changing priorities.
Drive awareness and revenue generation for the hotel - rooms, food & beverage, spa and experiences
Work with property leaders and DOSM on local marketing strategy to support food and beverage outlets and the spa
Work with the DOSM, Auberge Resorts Marketing and PR team to create global brand partnerships and unique one-of-a-kind experiences and events
Create unique and story-telling driven property collateral
Work closely with the DOSM and the Auberge Resorts Marketing Team, the SVP of Brand and the PR team to execute the PR strategy
Support the sales efforts of the DOSM and the Global Sales team with best in class collateral.
Oversee the social media plan for the hotel and F&B accounts to align with the brand strategy
Asset management
Email marketing cadence, planning and execution
Lead website management including copy writing and review, image and video selects
Coordinate the production of digital marketing creative asset development and work closely with the digital marketing team to support plan execution in order to create awareness for the hotel
Drive and adapt as needed the hotel marketing plan
Support the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and presentations for owners and relevant stakeholders.
Support in the on-boarding of on property team members
PROFILE REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of experience in luxury or design space with experience in marketing, social media or PR
Has a strong understanding of the style, design and nuance of luxury that is required to create a distinctive brand for each property.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
Collaborative and has strong influencing skills to work and support across cross functional project teams
Has a curious mind, is a strong multi-tasker who finds opportunities and creates solutions, where others find problems.
Someone who rolls-up their sleeves to get it done
Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
Ideally speaks fluent English and French
