Revenue Management Executive - Melia France (Paris) (H/F)


OPERATIONS

 

  • Be knowledgeable of and comply with the company's Service Culture, Mission and Values.
  • Display an excellent service attitude at all times, following MHI service standards.
  • They are responsible for the proper handling of the equipment and facilities in their work area.
  • Follow up the energy saving culture as much as possible.
  • Be knowledgeable of and spread the company's social programs.
  • Keep an organised control of all upselling reports.
  • Being responsible for overseeing standardised reporting in Mexico.
  • Communicate daily sales and reach against target achieved in each area, to Director and area leaders via regional and automated reports.
  • Drive crosselling between operational areas by monitoring interdepartmental sales.
  • Assist at all times with any special requests from the Director of Revenue, General Manager and Hotel Managers.

 

SPECIFIC

 

  • They are responsible for leading all developments in PMS as Revenue Management tools for the correct implementation and adaptation to the Mexico region.
  • Validate Other Revenues weekly FCTs as first OK, to discuss with Revenue Director for OK. Final what will be recorded in final system.
  • To cover reporting, analysis and development in the absence of the Revenue Director (absence due to illness and/or holidays) in order to continue operations as normal as possible.
  • Coordinate hotel Revenue associates, to align reports, strategies, developments, campaigns and projections set from the Mexico region (MD, Revenue, Commercial and Finance Directors).
  • Develop and automate processes and templates for the region, such as BP, segment forecasting, rates and others.
  • Supervise as a first filter before reaching the Director of Revenue the group quotations, especially the buy outs for the correct calculation of travel.
  • Analyse the benchmarking (in categories, rates, cancellation policies, etc.) of the comp sets of all hotels in the region.
  • Coordinate with associates, corporate campaigns and those requested by the sales area to unify criteria in the region.
  • Provide information (which is done manually) to the Revenue Director for the proper analysis and implementation of strategies such as:
    • Market Segmentation.
    • Shopping to study the prices of the comp set and set the pricing strategy.
    • Drawing out demand trends for good forecasting of our demand.
    • Optimisation of our Premium Business Units (RTP).
