The George V remains the only hotel in Europe and Middle East to host a total of 6 Michelin stars

Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris celebrates the continued recognition of its exceptional restaurants.

In a resounding testament to consistency and excellence, Le Cinq, L’Orangerie, and Le George have retained their prestigious stars, and together account for an impressive six Michelin stars and one Green Star – a record in Europe and Middle East, reaffirming the George V’s unique position as a global culinary destination.

Among the most anticipated highlights of the year, L’Orangerie has not only retained its second Michelin star – awarded in 2024 – but now begins a new chapter with the unveiling of its new dining room, redesigned into a veritable ode to nature and artistry. At the helm, Chef Alan Taudon continues to impress with his bold and creative approach to contemporary French cuisine.

As a connoisseur of sauces, he ingeniously reimagines the principles of classical French gastronomy with a contemporary twist, making sauces the cornerstone of his plant-based and fish menu. Remarkably delicate yet surprisingly complex, each sauce subtly elevates his culinary compositions.

Guided by Chef Christian Le Squer, Le Cinq continues to be a global reference in haute gastronomy, retaining its prestigious three-star status. Renowned for its refined and expressive interpretation of French cuisine, Le Cinq remains among a select group of just over 100 restaurants worldwide to hold three Michelin stars — a symbol of unwavering excellence.

Lastly, at Le George, Chef Simone Zanoni and his team have once again been awarded both a Michelin star and a Green Star, recognising their forward-thinking approach to Mediterranean cuisine and their deep commitment to environmental responsibility.
