Every Thursday, guests are invited to indulge in two exclusive rituals designed by Maison Dior experts, blending holistic wellbeing with high-tech skincare innovations.
These rituals are designed to prepare guests for either a Parisian night out (Belle de Nuit) or an evening of relaxation and sleep (Le Rituel Étoilé). The introduction of these weekly evenings aims to offer guests a 360° experience at the spa, providing an opportunity to unwind through personalised sensory experiences, transforming an ordinary evening into a self-care moment.
Le Rituel Étoilé
This first ritual dedicated to sleep, one of the fundamental pillars of longevity, aims to prepare the body or skin for a restorative night of sleep, while resynchronising its circadian and chronobiological rhythm. The treatment takes place in the Dior Light Suite, the only one of its kind in Europe and exclusive to the Dior Spa Plaza Athénée.
Inspired by light therapy, it is equipped with LED technology that reproduces natural sunlight to restore energy and bring balance. This ritual is divided into two targeted treatments – the ‘Soin de Minuit’, which aims to give the face, skin and mind a perfect night's rest and the ‘Constellation’ body treatment, which leads to a moment of ultimate relaxation. Guests can complete their experience in the Grand Salon relaxation area with an ‘Anima Mundi’ calming infusion, featuring rose, blue lotus, and ashwagandha.

Belle de Nuit
Ideal for those preparing for an evening out, the Belle de Nuit ritual provides a rejuvenating escape after a busy week. Guests can choose between the sculpting ‘Kobi-Dior’ facial or the contouring ‘New Look’ body treatment, both designed to relieve tension, redefine the face and body and stimulate natural energy flow.
Next, cryo-modelling techniques are used to soothe the eyes, while a tailor-made beauty makeover enhances the natural radiance, ready for a night on the town. To finish off the treatment, a detox drink ‘Arrae’, with ginger, lemon and cinnamon can be enjoyed in the Grand Salon of the Dior Spa.
